Hi, I'm Daniel.

I sell insurance for a living. Not exactly the coolest answer at a barbecue, but stick with me, because I promise I'm not going to talk at you like an insurance guy. My philosophy is “I wouldn’t sell you something I wouldn’t use myself.”

Same guy, every time you call.

When you ring up, you get me. The same person who picked up last time, and who'll pick up next time too.

I hope you never actually need it.

If you ever have to make a claim, something in your life has gone properly sideways. I hope you never have to make that call.

Technically, I do, but I think of it as making sure that if that bad day ever comes, you're not also blindsided by what you're NOT covered for.

I don't sell policies…

If you're overinsured, underinsured, or paying for stuff you don't need.

I'll tell you straight

When I'm not talking excess and premiums

You'll usually find me in one of three places:

Daniel and his wife taking a selfie outdoors on a road surrounded by green trees.
Daniel's camper van, featuring a close-up of a Vandan embroidered cap and an interior shot.

At home with my wife, who keep me honest and has a wicked sense of humour.

On the road in the campervan, chasing good weather and better coffee

Race car at a racing event surrounded by other racing cars. Inset images show a group of spectators, a podium with race winners holding trophies, and a racing team celebrating.

At the track, because motor sport is in my blood, and I'll happily talk your ear off about it if you let me

Family, campervan, race car. I insure all of it myself.
I'm not selling you something I haven't thought hard about for my own circumstances.

What I can sort for you

  • Headshot of smiling female tutor with short blonde hair wearing a lanyard.

    Health Insurance

Because "she'll be right" isn't a treatment plan, and neither is the public waitlist.

  • Life Insurance

The one policy you hope never pays out, but your family will be glad it did.

  • Trauma Insurance

A lump sum if something serious happens, so healing comes first.

  • Green circular sign with a white dollar symbol in the center.

    Income Protection

You might not be able to work, but you still have bills to pay.

How it works

I'll walk you through everything in plain English, at your pace, without the fake urgency some insurance folk love to lay on.

Usually it goes like this:

  1. We have a chat, about your life, not just your risk profile.

  2. I explain your options in plain English, including the exclusions details.

  3. You decide, on your own timeline.

  4. I check in, because cover that fit two years ago might not fit now.

  5. If something happens/changes/you need advice, you call me.

Simple right?

Let’s have a chat

I’ll help figure out what actually makes sense for you.
